A receipt is automatically sent each month after a successful transaction. Also, account holder can terminate or re activate his account at anytime.

Dear Team,
I am unable to access any of the files in the vault after just signing up my membership last week. None of the MP3 files will either play nor download from the current vault. The MP4 files “The Secret Power of Servant Leadership” and “Understanding the Concept of the Kingdom” show an error message of “stream not found” when selected. Many of the files in the archives also give an error message or simply do not play. Can you please check on these issues as I have just joined and paid and would like to urgently get access to the material. Thank you. Carlyle Roberts.

The subscription is a monthly subscription and your first payment was on december 04 2013. You were billed for January materials which will be available
on the 8th of January 2013. Materials are added on the 8th of each month but your subscription starts from the date you signup and you are rebilled on that date each month. I hope this explains why. Have a great day!
